This agreement constitutes a contract between the user (‘you’) and Pour Être Belle Themes (‘we’), owned and operated by Charlotte Dann of Felstead House, 61 Frome Road, Southwick, Wiltshire, BA14 9NJ, UK. By accessing and using this website you accept and agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement. Violation of this agreement terminates your right to use this website and its products therein. These policies may be updated and modified periodically without announcement.
Privacy
We will only collect information about you from your voluntary submission, and we will always disclose how that information will be used before collecting it. Besides trusted 3rd party software used for email distribution and payment processing, we will not sell or share any information collected from you unless required by law. We may collect additional data anonymously for non-personal statistical purposes.
Products
This site distributes themes for Tumblr. We do not control the content of blogs that use our themes and are not responsible for any wrongdoing on these blogs, including infringement of the law and offensive content. We have the right to tell you to stop using any of our themes if we deem your blog’s content unsuitable, if you have paid for your theme you will be refunded fully on this occasion. You can not distribute modified versions of any theme under any name without expressed permission from us.
Free Themes
Free themes can be accessed, used and shared by anybody and can be modified freely. You can not remove the credit icon in theme which links to this site.
Personal Licence for Premium Themes
By purchasing a personal licence for a premium theme you have the right to use that theme’s source code on up to four blogs. If your blog is run by a business or generates income in any way it is not eligible for a personal licence. You can not remove the credit icon in theme which links to this site. We will track the urls the code is used on, and if it’s deemed to be in use on more than four blogs we have the right to ban it. When banned, all sites containing the source code will have a banner at the top of the page explaining its banned state. You can contact us and we will reissue the source code but that will not change the banned state of the original source code. If you are banned more than once you no longer have a right to use the theme.
Commercial Licence for Premium Themes
By purchasing a commercial licence for a premium theme you have the right to use that theme’s source code on up to 20 blogs for commercial use. If publicly distributed or if the source code is in use on more than 20 blogs we have the right to ban it. When banned, all sites containing the source code will have a banner at the top of the page explaining its banned state. You can contact us and we will reissue the source code but all subsidiary blogs will continue to be obstructed.
Payments and Refunds
We use Stripe for all of our payment processing. We never hold any of your sensitive information on our servers, Stripe handles your data securely. After payment for a premium theme the code will be immediately available for use. You may request a refund within the first 30 days of purchase, if refunded you no longer have a right to use the product and we will take steps to obstruct its use.
