What You’ll Do
We follow a hybrid work model requiring a minimum of three in-office days per week in Austin, TX. Employees are welcome to work in the office full-time if preferred. This approach ensures collaboration and innovation while supporting flexibility and work-life balance.
As a Marketing Creative Strategist at Core by Storey, you will be responsible for driving digital marketing campaigns and managing partnerships with influencers and affiliates. You will have the opportunity to oversee and optimize a variety of tasks related to social media, digital ads, and website management to boost sales and brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities:
• Affiliate & Influencer Outreach: Research and establish relationships with affiliates and influencers to enhance brand visibility and drive traffic to our website.
• Digital Marketing Campaigns: Plan and execute campaigns, including social media posts, email blasts, and website advertisements, focusing on promoting the Core by Storey brand and increasing conversions.
• Website Management & Optimization: Edit and organize content on websites and landing pages, ensuring that all pages are optimized for performance and sales.
• Social Media Management: Oversee and create content for social platforms like TikTok and Instagram, ensuring engagement and growing the brand’s online presence.
• Sales and Promotions: Develop and manage affiliate sales programs, work on promotions, and track the effectiveness of these strategies to meet goals.
• Website & Digital Ads: Set up digital advertisements on the website for establishments looking to promote through affiliate links and display ads.
• Analytics & Reporting: Track affiliate performance and digital ad effectiveness, adjust strategies accordingly to maximize results.
Who You Are
You are an eager and creative marketer with at least 2 years of internship experience in affiliate marketing , social media management , advertising , or similar experiences.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent internship experience in digital marketing or social media management.
• 2+ years of internship experience with hands-on skills.
• Knowledge of affiliate marketing strategies and digital advertising techniques that drive traffic and sales.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms (particularly TikTok and Instagram) and the ability to manage multiple accounts with engagement-driven content.
• Experience in website management, including organizing landing pages and content to maximize sales conversions.
• Proficient in setting up and managing digital advertisements on websites to promote affiliate and brand content.
• Analytical skills to track campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
Compensation & Benefits
• Target Base Salary: $74,000 - $90,000 based on experience
• Additional Compensation: Sales commission and performance bonuses (OTE $100,000)
