At Harmoniq Residential , we’re looking for a Property Accountant who is detail-oriented, analytical, and motivated to help us provide exceptional service to our residential communities.

This isn’t just a back-office role, you’ll be a key partner to our property managers and leadership team, ensuring timely, accurate, and meaningful financial reporting. From monthly close to annual budgets, your work will have a direct impact on the health and success of our residential portfolio.

What You’ll Do

• Build trusted relationships with property managers, operational staff, and clients.
• Accurately manage accounts payable and receivable .
• Oversee cash activity and complete monthly bank reconciliations .
• Prepare and review monthly financial statements and year-end reports .
• Assist with annual budgets , variance analysis , and reporting.
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts .
• Review and update rent rolls and lease-related information.
• Partner with property management teams to ensure accurate, complete financials.
• Identify and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (preferred).
• 3–5 years of accounting experience (property accounting a plus).
• Experience with Yardi or other property management accounting systems (preferred).
• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities.
• Strong communicator who thrives in a team-first, collaborative environment .

• High integrity- confident, transparent, and accountable.
