We are currently looking to add members to the International Freight department of a large, multinational client with strong roots Solon area!

This is an opportunity to work with the largest food and drink processor in the world!!!

Shift

• Monday-Friday
• 8:00am-5:00pm

Pay Rate

• $26.00/hr to start

Duties

• Work with vendors to proactively audit invoices for payment
• Audit vendor invoice for accuracy and ensure all data elements are present
• Research reason for parked/blocked invoices utilizing systems including SAP, Carrier/Vendor Websites, etc.
• Provide accounts payable instructions and resolution comments to clear invoice for payment
• Manage and escalate exceptions for quick resolution
• Collaborate with vendors and internal cross functional teams on process improvements and provide needed reporting/visibility on charges

Expectations

• Excellent Excel Skills- how to utilize formulas, macros, pivot tables, charts, slicers, etc.
• Analytical skills
• Ability to collaborate and work with cross functional teams with speed and agility
• Detailed oriented, well organized and methodical in analysis and execution. 
• Logistics or international business experience/knowledge preferred
