We are working with an extraordinary manufacturing company seeking to hire an Accounting Manager to join their team. This role will be hands on and manage a staff of Accounts Receivable Accountants as well. Qualified candidates must have a 4 year Accounting Degree and strong knowledge of GAAP, Month-End closing and Financial Statement preparation and Accounts Receivable.

• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing finance, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to oversee Accounts Receivable
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes
• Excellent knowledge of GAAP
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

• The Accounts Receivable Accounting Manager will be responsible for overseeing the A/R staff and performing analysis for their portion of the aging receivables cycle
• This includes managing financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance
• Maintain and reconcile balance sheet accounts monthly, including cash, inventory, receivables
• Oversee timely generation and delivery of customer invoices and ensure timely collection
• Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting
• Assist in the development and implementation of strategic plans

On-Site and Direct Hire

Salary $75,000 - $85,000
