We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Manager in Charlotte, North Carolina. This position is within the distribution and industrial sector and involves managing accounts receivable for multiple companies, each having different customers.

Responsibilities:
• Managing and overseeing the daily operations of the Accounts Receivable department.
• Processing customer credit applications in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintaining a record of customer credit information and ensuring its accuracy.
• Monitoring customer accounts and taking necessary action based on their status.
• Handling cash activities related to customer accounts.
• Managing the billing functions within the department.
• Collaborating with the logistics and distribution team for seamless operations.
• Implementing and maintaining accounts receivables systems for efficient workflow.
• Leveraging your experience in handling accounts for multiple industries.• Proficiency in Accounting Functions is required
• Must have experience with Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Familiarity with Billing Functions is necessary
• Ability to handle Cash Activity efficiently
• Experience in Cash Handling is a must
• Knowledge of Accounts Receivables Systems is essential
• Experience in Warehouse Distribution is preferred
• Familiarity with Logistics & Distribution is necessary
• Must have experience working in Multiple Industries
