Location : Malta

Basis : Full time

Remuneration : Salary + Benefits

Main Duties:

• Assist in the manufacturing operations in alignment with company policies
• Support the Production Manager (API) on the goals of Production
• Responsible for Cleaning Validation
• Support the Production Manager to ensure that products are produced on time, in line with the quality standards and produced at minimum costs
• Request analysis of raw materials and products and analysis in the correct development of the products/processes
• Manage external personnel assisting production
• Evaluate scientific data resulting from the departments operations
• Be involved in deviations and root cause analysis where applicable
• Able to manage projects and lead teams

What skills do you need?

• A University Degree in Chemistry/Pharmaceutical Science - this is a must
• Have a minimum of 3 years experience working in production/GMP
• Ideally have experience in a managerial role, (and a postgraduate qualification in Management)
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
• Results-oriented and a skilled people manager
• Motivated and have excellent attention to detail
• Confident and pro-active in carrying out ones duties

Eligibility to work in the EU is a must
