Assisted Living Supervisor (LVN)
We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team as an Assisted Living Supervisor. In this role, you will oversee and coordinate the care of residents in our assisted living facility, ensuring that each individual receives the highest quality of care and support.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of caregivers and provide guidance and support as needed
- Develop and implement care plans for each resident, in collaboration with the resident's family and healthcare providers
- Monitor the health and well-being of residents, and provide direct care when necessary
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
- Assist with resident admissions, transfers, and discharges
- Communicate with residents, families, and healthcare providers to ensure the best possible care outcomes
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date resident records and documentation
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations governing assisted living facilities
Qualifications:
- Current LVN license in the state of [State]
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in assisted living or long-term care
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- CPR certification required
- Experience working with seniors and individuals with memory care needs is a plus
