Based in Scottsdale, AZ we are a TOP Ranked Litigation firm. We work with insurance companies to help with large loss subrogation due to natural disasters. The firm is all litigation with some limited travel to do site inspections, take depositions, and meet with experts. If you want the chance to do interesting work and have no billable expectations, this may be the role for you..
If you are an experienced Associate Attorney, then please apply! This is an on-site role in Scottsdale with travel to other locations in the Western US. You can be licensed in any US state. The practice area is plaintiff-side subrogation of natural disasters. Job Details
Is your background a fit? Apply if you meet this criterion:
JD or similar plus:
3+ Years of Litigation Experience
Ability to travel in the Western US- most times back same day but sometimes extended
Ability to handle 30-50 cases at a time- being proactive and doing prelitigation research
Experience with working with insurance adjusters is a plus
You do onsite inspections of natural disasters of large losses, meet with insurance adjusters, meet with expert witnesses, and litigate cases to subrogate large losses
