We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Massachusetts Licensed Auto Body Appraiser. In this role, you will inspect vehicles, evaluate damage, and prepare accurate repair estimates. The ideal candidate will be familiar with Mitchel and CCC software and have several years of proven experience. Must be willing to complete OEM and I-Car certification requirements. Your ability to communicate with both customers and team members is essential to providing exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform thorough inspections of vehicles with collision or structural damage
Write detailed repair estimates using CCC One, Mitchell, or similar software
Communicate with customers, insurance companies, and technicians—both in Spanish and English
Review and update estimates as needed based on supplemental findings
Collaborate with body shop staff to ensure repair work aligns with the approved estimate
Take clear, accurate photos and maintain proper documentation for each file
Qualifications:

· Auto Damage Appraiser License

· Experience as an auto body appraiser or collision estimator (1–3 years preferred)

· Proficiency with estimating software such as CCC One or Mitchell

· Photographing vehicle damage as directed. Evaluate vehicle damages and determine repair costs accurately.
Utilize Auto estimating software to prepare estimates efficiently.
Communicate with insurance companies to negotiate fair claim settlements.
Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to assess damages.
Manage claim documentation including photos, estimates, supplements, and total loss forms.
Maintain a quick turnaround time for claims processing to meet cycle time goals.
Solid understanding of auto body repair processes
Strong communication and customer service skills
Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Schedule: No Weekends
