Experienced Production Manager – Auto Body Shop
Busy, high-volume family owned auto body shop is hiring an experienced and hands-on Production Manager to lead day-to-day operations. This is a true management position — prior experience managing a team in a collision repair environment is required.
We need someone who can take ownership of shop flow, push jobs through the pipeline, and work closely with our service, parts, and mechanical teams. The right candidate will be organized, accountable, and motivated to keep the shop running at peak performance.
