You’ll lead a hardworking crew that cranks out the delicious food our guests love, while keeping things clean, organized, and fun. From food prep to plating, ordering to inventory, training to teamwork — you’ll be the one making sure it all happens smoothly (and with plenty of Short’s energy and good vibes).
What You’ll Do:
Lead and motivate our BOH team every shift
Keep food quality, safety, and consistency on point
Manage ordering, inventory, and waste like a pro
Jump in wherever needed — no task too big or small!
Help train, mentor, and grow an awesome kitchen crew
What We’re Looking For:
A natural leader who loves a busy kitchen
Strong organizational and communication skills
Experience managing food operations (bonus if you’ve worked in craft beer or hospitality!)
ServSafe Certified (or willing to get certified)
Flexibility, teamwork, and a sense of humor — non-negotiable
