Job Description

We’re seeking detail-oriented professionals to process high volumes of work items (5,000–25,000/month) across multiple channels including system cases, email, and mail. This role requires strong time management, research skills, and effective communication with internal and external partners. Some tasks may involve outbound calls.

Key Responsibilities:

Account Reconciliation: Process payment allocations, refunds, and account terminations.
Accounts Payable & Citations: Manage vendor invoice payments and lease citations; verify invoice accuracy.
Terminations: Handle repossessions, charge-offs, and legal notifications for consumer and commercial accounts.
Account Modifications: Prepare and process changes such as due date adjustments, deferrals, restructures, and ownership transfers.

Education
-High school diploma
- College Preferred
- Accounting
- Finance

Skills
One-year job experience in Accounts Receivable or Banking preferred
Job experience and/or education in other Accounting related fields is a plus
Data Entry Skills is a plus
Excellent organizational and communication (verbal and written) skills
Adaptable to changes and multifunctional
Analytical Skills
