Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Maintain bank statements Download banking activity for accounts and upload to LUCA Bank Rec Ensure LUCA Bank Rec agrees to bank balance; address any reconciling items Address positive pay, following up on any discrepancies Process wire payments associated to Class Action Coordinate with Account Receivable on any payments related to ABD invoices Generate Class Action check files for approvals; print checks once approved Upload related issued and void files to the banks Reconcile accounts Manage tickets associated to banking/payments/bank reconciliations Open/close accounts; update permissions Open EIN numbers Qualifications and Education Requirements: 5+ years of experience as a banking specialist Exceptional attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, ten key and typing Ability to acknowledge, react and resolve urgent matters in a prompt matter Ability to work in a high-volume environment, while exceling in organizational and time management, responsiveness, multi-tasking, accuracy, and communication Ability to work independently and complete duties and projects with minimal direct supervision A positive attitude, works great with others, and a commitment to provide world-class service Starting Pay: $22-$25 an hour Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities The contractor will not discharge or in any other manner discriminate against employees or applicants because they have inquired about, discussed, or disclosed their own pay or the pay of another employee or applicant.
