Job Title: Barber/Stylist- ManeStreet Barbershop

Job Summary:

We are seeking skilled and customer-focused Barbers and Stylists to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional grooming and styling services, maintain a clean and professional workspace, and ensure each client leaves looking and feeling their best.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform haircuts, trims, shaves, and styling services according to client requests.
• Offer consultations and recommend haircare or styling solutions.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools, stations, and the salon/barbershop.
• Stay updated on the latest trends, techniques, and products.
• Build strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Manage appointments and ensure a positive client experience.

Qualifications:

• Valid state barber or cosmetology license.
• Proven experience as a barber or stylist.
• Strong knowledge of hair types, cutting techniques, and grooming products.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Manual dexterity and attention to detail for precise work.

Required qualifications:

• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• 18 years or older
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Personal Services license/certification: Barber License
• Speaks English
• Reads English

Preferred qualifications:

• 1+ year of experience in the personal care & services industry
• Personal Services license/certification: Esthetician License
• Personal Services license/certification: Cosmetology License
• Personal Services license/certification: Massage Therapy License
