TITLE: Bartender RESPONSIBLE TO: Exec. Chef /Sous Chef and/or Dining Room Manager JOB OBJECTIVE: Ensure that all guests are served to community standards in the dining areas. Highest standards of hospitality and welcome are demonstrated and displayed at all times within all dining service areas.
