We’re partnering with a school in Providence County, Rhode Island to hire a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for the 2025–2026 school year. This role is in a 5th grade inclusion classroom, supporting 1–2 students with behavior plans while assisting the classroom teacher with the overall class.

The ideal candidate will implement behavior intervention plans, track student progress, and support both students and teachers to ensure a positive, inclusive classroom environment, starting ASAP through June 2026.

Position Details:

Location: In-person, Providence County, RI

Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM

School Year: 2025/2026

Responsibilities:

• Implement and monitor behavior plans for students with behavioral needs
• Collect and track data on student progress and behavior
• Support the classroom teacher in general classroom activities
• Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and support staff to ensure student success
• Provide one-on-one or small group interventions as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with school and program requirements

Qualifications:

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential
• Experience working with children in school or clinical settings
• Knowledge of behavior intervention strategies and data collection methods
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Ability to support an inclusive classroom while addressing individual student needs
