As a Bilingual Staffing office admin, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, screening, and placing scheudling candidates in temporary positions for our diverse client base. This is a fast-paced, dynamic role that requires excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

• Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
• Screen resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet client requirements.
• Schedule in-person interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Manage the candidate pipeline and maintain accurate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Provide excellent customer service to both clients and candidates.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Preferred: Bilingual in English and Spanish.
