Location: Radiant Autism Center – Texas (Aubrey | Little Elm)
Position Type: Full-Time | Exempt (40+ hours/week)

What You’ll Do: Clinical & Technical Responsibilities
As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) , you'll lead the delivery of high-quality, individualized ABA services designed to create meaningful, lasting change for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
Your Core Responsibilities:
Create a fun, positive environment where our kiddos thrive
Conduct initial assessments and re-evaluations
Develop treatment plans, BIPs, goals, and behavior interventions
Provide direct services and ensure effective implementation of plans
Collaborate with therapists, clinicians, and families
Oversee a full caseload of clients with clinical excellence
Lead team meetings and provide caregiver training
Supervise and support RBTs and BCBA supervisees per BACB standards
Maintain credentialing, documentation, and compliance with BACB and insurance requirements
