Up to $10,000 Sign-On Bonus!

Location: Radiant Autism Center – Texas (Aubrey | Little Elm)


Position Type: Full-Time | Exempt (40+ hours/week)

What You’ll Do: Clinical & Technical Responsibilities

As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) , you'll lead the delivery of high-quality, individualized ABA services designed to create meaningful, lasting change for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

Your Core Responsibilities:

  • Create a fun, positive environment where our kiddos thrive

  • Conduct initial assessments and re-evaluations

  • Develop treatment plans, BIPs, goals, and behavior interventions

  • Provide direct services and ensure effective implementation of plans

  • Collaborate with therapists, clinicians, and families

  • Oversee a full caseload of clients with clinical excellence

  • Lead team meetings and provide caregiver training

  • Supervise and support RBTs and BCBA supervisees per BACB standards

  • Maintain credentialing, documentation, and compliance with BACB and insurance requirements
