Why this role exists
Our President currently runs sales solo. We need a hyper-social, high-energy people-person to grow awareness of 45Press and book revenue through social presence and lead generation. Your growth and success are in your hands —the more you create opportunities, the more you earn and advance.

What you’ll do
Own daily social media (LinkedIn, X, Instagram, Facebook): create posts, schedule, engage, and grow followers.Prospect & generate leads via LinkedIn, email, and DMs; build and nurture relationships.
Book meetings for the President; qualify interest and manage handoffs.
Represent 45Press in person at client visits, meetups, and industry events across the U.S. (travel on short notice).
Keep the CRM tight: track outreach, pipeline stages, and weekly metrics.
Create quick collateral (one-pagers, short case studies, simple social carousels).

You’re the opposite of an introvert: outgoing, fearless starting conversations, and energized by networking, events, and constant outreach. You’re politely persistent and love turning “nice to meet you” into “let’s talk next steps.”
You’ll shine if you have
Clear written and verbal communication; short-form copy chops.
Comfort with social platforms and basic CRM workflows.
Nice-to-haves: WordPress basics, hosting fundamentals, Figma familiarity, Salesforce (or similar CRM), and a general understanding of websites/SEO. Remember your goal is to talk about these products and services. Not do the work. It's about relationships and opening doors which creates business.
Compensation
Entry level + uncapped commission on any lead you originate that turns into paid work.
Recurring residuals on ongoing accounts you originated.
Travel and expense card.
