Job Description

Position : Business Personal Assistant

Location: Naperville, IL (Hybrid, Some Travel Required)

Employment Type: Part-Time (~24-30 hours per week, with room to grow)

S chedule : Monday - Thursday, 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Compensation: $25 - $30 per hour, based on experience

This role requires someone who can wear multiple hats, shifting seamlessly between administrative support, social media management, and business operations.

The ideal candidate is proactive, tech-savvy, and has strong experience with social media management and AI tools. They will be responsible for assisting with various business ventures, including overseeing a short-term rental property. This is a dynamic role with room to grow quickly, making it perfect for someone who enjoys problem-solving and taking ownership of their work.

Key Responsibilities

Business and Administrative Support

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
  • Handle email correspondence, task management, and workflow prioritization
  • Assist with document preparation, presentations, and research projects
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and logistics for business and personal trips
  • Support various business ventures with administrative and operational tasks

Social Media Management

  • Oversee social media accounts, ensuring consistent branding and engagement
  • Create, schedule, and manage social media content across multiple platforms
  • Monitor trends, track performance metrics, and provide insights to optimize engagement
  • Research and identify new strategies to enhance brand visibility

AI and Technology Integration

  • Utilize AI tools for automation, content creation, and workflow optimization
  • Stay up to date on emerging AI trends and implement best practices in business operations
  • Develop AI-driven solutions to enhance productivity and efficiency
  • Provide recommendations on incorporating AI into business and marketing strategies

Short-Term Rental and Business Operations

  • Assist with managing a short-term rental property, including coordinating cleanings, maintenance, and guest communication
  • Oversee vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure smooth property operations
  • Research and implement improvements to enhance the guest experience
  • Oversee an interior renovation this Spring
  • Support other business ventures as needed

Requirements

  • Highly adaptable with a problem-solving mindset and ability to take initiative
  • Strong social media expertise, both in managing accounts and staying ahead of trends
  • Advanced proficiency in AI tools and AI prompting
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Tech-savvy, with experience in automation, digital tools, and workflow optimization
  • Ability to research, analyze, and execute projects independently
  • Prior experience in executive assistance, marketing, or business operations is a plus
  • Must maintain strict confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive business and personal matters
  • Strong professional judgment with the ability to handle confidential information with integrity and care

Schedule and Expectations
