Job Description

The Dinex Group is seeking a  Butler for Boulud Privé , the in-residence dining of the Mandarin Oriental Residences at 685 Fifth Ave. The Butler is responsible for all guest interactions with the Mandarin Oriental Residence  tenants.

Ideal candidates will be skilled in serving, bartending, and coffee making. The Butler uses each and every guest interaction as an opportunity to go above and beyond.

Responsibilities

• Execute Fine dining service in the following position: busser, bartender, server & barista
• Ensure resident satisfaction while dining at the restaurant
• Complete Room service and poolside orders and deliveries
• Work Special events as needed
• Receiving and restocking inventory and merchandise
• Daily Bartender prep (sauces, juices, syrups)
• Mise en Place
• Cleaning and maintaining the restaurant & rooftop

Requirements

• At least 3 years of Fine Dining experience
• POS experience (Lightspeed)
• Resy experience
• Flexible shift availability
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• Ability to walk up and down stairs multiple times per shift
• Good communication skills to work effectively with small team
• Ability to maintain the highest standards Food Safety and Sanitation practices with attention to detail
