Job Summary
We are seeking a Carpet Installer to join our team! As a Carpet Installer, you will be traveling to different job sites, You will also be accurately measuring each room, determining the amount of flooring needed for the space, and using best practices to lay each type of flooring to provide a beautiful, safe final product. The ideal candidate has experience in construction, is interested in learning how to lay multiple types of flooring, and can work well within a team environment.
Responsibilities
- Work safely and cleanly on the job site, following best practices from both the company and the flooring manufacturer
- Lay multiple types of flooring, including carpet, hardwood, LVP, grinding and polishing concrete, and more
Qualifications
- Previous construction experience desired
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to regularly lift and move heavy objects, and work on your hands and knees
- Strong customer service skills
- Interest in learning new techniques and the ability to adapt to different environments
