QUALIFICATIONS:
·Bachelors in Accounting or Finance
·Masters or MBA a plus
·CPA strong plus
·Strong Accounting/Finance background
·Experience in a CFO position within a Publicly Traded company
·Compliance & Regulatory Reporting
·Fundraising experience
·Project Finance experience
·SEC financial reporting experience highly preferred
·O&G / Energy industry a strong plus
