About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff Veterinarian to uphold the highest standards of veterinary care, client service, and associate engagement. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the hospital, advocating for the well-being of pets, and building long-term relationships with clients. This role involves a balance between leadership duties and veterinary responsibilities, with a strong focus on training and mentoring the medical team. The Chief of Staff will also be expected to ensure the hospital operates in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, and to actively contribute to the development and maintenance of the human-pet bond. Applicants must have a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent degree, a veterinary license in good standing, and a minimum of two years of clinical experience. Leadership competencies such as conflict management, customer focus, and the ability to build effective teams are essential. The role requires a candidate with proven surgical skills, the ability to practice evidence-based medicine, and a commitment to continual learning. The Chief of Staff will be the primary liaison between associates, clients, and the central support team, and must demonstrate a positive, resilient attitude with a strong emphasis on the company's core values.
