Location 80 Seymour Street (10008), Hartford, CT Shift Monday‑Friday Responsibilities Develop and implement methods and systems for improving operational efficiencies and controlling supply inventory, including procurement, receiving & handling, transportation, storing, accounting, and issuing of materials. Develop and maintain Key Performance Indicators. Develop and implement supply chain best practices. Ensure adequate supply levels and coordinate timely supply distribution. Maintain open lines of communication to ensure materials meet the required standard. Provide leadership, guidance, and support to physicians and staff to develop their understanding of supply chain best practices and ensure operational and financial goals are met. Develop cost‑reduction programs while maintaining satisfaction levels. Identify sourcing opportunities, service improvements, and product standardization consistent with the goals of meeting the client’s expectations. Actively participate in the Value Analysis program. Maintain and support all manual and automated systems for purchasing, receiving, and distribution activities, including outbound shipping as required. Qualifications 5 years applicable experience – Healthcare logistics, distribution, and supply chain. Knowledge, Skills and Ability Requirements Strong problem‑solving and communication skills.
