Sundara Senior Living is a boutique Memory Care Community located in Round Rock, Texas. We are looking to have a Certified Nursing Assistant or Certified Medication Aide join our growing team. We have both FULL TIME and PART Time positions available in both day and evening shifts. Shifts may vary based on availability at time of application. Certified Nursing Assistant/ Certified Medication Aide Responsibilities:

• Lead Role also responsible for managing staff on shift ensuring responsibilities and duties are completed and ensuring resident care needs are met.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living and provide emotional support
• Administer medications to residents following the prescribed dosage and schedule
• Monitor and record residents' vital signs and reactions to medications
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and adhere to HIPAA regulations
• Stay updated on medication administration best practices and participate in ongoing training
• Communicate effectively with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Additional Universal Worker tasks such as kitchen duties, basic housekeeping, delivering resident mail and as assigned.

Certified Nursing Assistant/ Certified Medication Qualifications:

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), minimum 1 year
• Certified Medication Aide (CMA), minimum 1 year
• Able to pass a criminal history background check and may be subject to drug testing.
• 2yr + Experience and passion working with Alzheimer’s & dementia care residents
• Knowledge of EHR systems and medical documentation
• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and medical terminology
• Experience in lead shift roles in assisted living environment.
• Ability to communicate positively, professionally and effectively with family members, staff and visitors

Compensation details: 17-20 Hourly Wage
