What We Provide:

• Competitive Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour, based on experience

Your Role:

As a critical part of our mission, our CNAs and HCAs are essential in delivering daily living activities and services that align with each resident's unique service plan. We foster an environment characterized by kindness, professionalism, and unwavering respect for the dignity and privacy of our cherished residents. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing exceptional care and support for daily activities and personal hygiene
• Responding compassionately to resident needs indicated by call lights
• Ensuring appropriate dietary needs are met by understanding resident preferences, allergies, and restrictions
• Recording vital signs as requested by nursing staff
• Promptly communicating any changes in resident conditions to the nurse in charge

Qualifications:

• Current CNA or HCA Certificate
• A positive attitude with a willingness to go the extra mile for our residents
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• A genuine passion for caring for seniors
