CNC Lathe Machinist (CNC lathes Mazak experience preferred)

1st Shift

Pay rate range: $25 - $34/hour based on experience

First Call Direct Hire is recruiting for an experienced CNC Lathe Machinist on behalf of a well-established manufacturing company in Fairfield, OH. This is a 1st shift position offering a competitive pay range of $25 - $34/hour based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and program CNC lathes (Mazak experience is a plus).
• Read and interpret technical prints accurately.
• Utilize measuring equipment (micrometers, calipers, etc.) with precision.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of CNC lathe experience preferred.
• Strong programming skills and attention to detail.
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude and cultural fit.
