Location: Simi Valley, CA
Hours: Part-time (flexible daytime hours - Mornings, weekday availability preferred)
Compensation: Competitive hourly rate based on experience
About the Role:
Prime Advantage is seeking a compassionate, reliable, and engaging Direct Support Staff to provide 1:1 Tailored Day Services (TDS) to a friendly and lively adult female with a mild intellectual disability. The individual lives in a safe, supportive family home in Simi Valley and enjoys staying active through volunteering and community involvement.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with others and is passionate about making a meaningful difference through daily outings, relationship-building, and light support with routines.
