Job Description

We are seeking reliable and hardworking Construction Day Laborers to assist with a variety of tasks on active job sites. This is a 1099 contractor position, meaning you will work as an independent contractor, responsible for your own taxes and benefits. Assignments are typically short-term and vary depending on project needs.Key Responsibilities:Perform general construction site labor, including cleanup, material handling, and basic demolition.Load and unload building materials.Assist skilled tradespeople (e.g., carpenters, masons, electricians) as needed.Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).Maintain a clean and organized work area.Other duties as assigned by the site supervisor or project manager.Requirements:Must be 18 years or older.Prior construction or manual labor experience preferred, but not required.Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions.Reliable transportation to and from job sites.Must have basic tools and PPE (hard hat, gloves, work boots, safety vest, etc.).Ability to work independently and follow verbal instructions.Must be eligible to work in the United States.Must have a valid ID and complete a W-9 form for 1099 classification.Contractor Status Disclaimer:This is a 1099 independent contractor position.
