The nurse develops and implements protocols and care plans and maintains medical records related to employee health. Job Requirements Education Required: Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program Experience Preferred: Previous nursing experience and phlebotomy skills Skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting Proficient computer skills Exhibits valuable time management skills Strong critical thinking/problem solving skills Flexibility and ability to work in a multi-tasking environment Licensure/Certification/Registration LPN license active in the state of Missouri BLS must be obtained within 90 days
