Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Creative Director located in Costa Mesa, CA. The Creative Director will be responsible for establishing and executing creative strategies that align with the company's goals. Daily responsibilities include leading creative teams, overseeing branding initiatives, managing art direction, and collaborating with stakeholders to develop innovative design and marketing concepts. The Creative Director will also ensure that all creative outputs are in line with the company’s vision and identity.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Creative Direction and Creative Strategy to guide and inspire effective campaigns.
• Proficiency in Branding and Art Direction to maintain and evolve cohesive brand identity and visual storytelling.
• Skilled in Graphic Design to provide input on visuals and ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Leadership skills to manage and inspire creative teams effectively.
• Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with relevant design tools and software, such as Adobe Creative Suite.
• A Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience in a similar leadership role, preferably within a creative or marketing-focused industry.
