0-2 years’ experience   Hourly rate 110 - Annualized 228,000 plus 5,000 CME, 6,000 Quality bonus

2-7 years’ experience   Hourly rate 120- Annualized 240,000 plus 5,000 CME 6,000 Quality bonus

7 plus years’ experience Hourly rate 130- Annualized 260,000 plus 5,000 CME 6,000 Quality bonus
