CRNA opportunity(s): Findlay, OH - Located 45m to Toledo Position Details
- We are seeking CRNAs to join our well-established practice
- Hospital Employed; Option of full-time or part-time
- Self-scheduling, 8 or 12-hr shifts, part-time or full-time
- Welcome new grads and experienced
- Physician one-on-one mentoring for new grads
- Variety of cases, ability to keep up skills
- Opportunities for overtime if desired
- Full complement of medical and surgical specialties available for support
- Care team model, equitable call schedule
- Practice team of 7 full-time physicians, 18 CRNAs
- ENT, general, orthopedics, neurosurgery, gynecological surgery, low-risk obstetrics, urology, minimal healthy pediatric cases
Compensation - Total Base Compensation Range (including specialty stipends)238k-260k
- Base Salary (less than 2 years experience, increases at 2 years) 238,000
- Base Salary (2+ years experience) 245,000
- OB Stipend
- Pedatrics Stipend
- Blocks Stipend
- 403b Match (min)
- Vacation per 1 FTE, 8 weeks/320hours
- Dues/Subscriptions/CME/Board Certification
- Signing Bonus (20k/year over 4 years)
- Paid holidays + Birthday Pay, 6 holidays, 8hrs birthday
- Overtime (>40 hrs) /Call Back
