Job DescriptionOverview: The Program Manager will collaborate with Principal Investigators to develop and enhance curriculum materials. This role involves assessing needs to identify areas for improvement, creating project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans, and overseeing the implementation of curriculum initiatives from inception to completion and evaluation.
Key Responsibilities:
Curriculum Development: Work closely with Principal Investigators to design and update curriculum materials that meet educational standards.
Needs Assessment: Conduct assessments to identify gaps in current offerings and recommend enhancements.
Project Management: Develop and manage project timelines and resource allocation strategies to ensure success.
Evaluation: Assist in evaluation efforts (e.g., data collection, analysis) to measure the effectiveness of curriculum materials and project outcomes.
Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact among faculty, administration, and the public to ensure alignment and a shared understanding of project goals.
Promotion and Outreach: Collaborate with stakeholders to promote curriculum materials to targeted audiences (e.g., middle and high schools, local businesses, etc.) to enhance program visibility and adoption.
Facilitation: Lead meetings and workshops to gather input, promote collaboration, and foster teamwork.
Training and Support: Provide training sessions and resources on new curriculum materials, ensuring they have the tools necessary for implementation. Must teach courses online through Canvas Online.
Ongoing Support: Offer continuous support to facilitate the successful integration of curriculum changes, addressing any challenges that arise.
Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Minimum QualificationsA Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 1 year of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary
Preferred QualificationsPay range: $18.50 - 34.18 per hour.
