ROLE: DATA ANALYST with STRONG SKILLS with MS-SQL/SSRS/PL SQL

STRONG CADIDATE with: MS-SQL/SSRS/PL SQL:

Efficient in MS SQL and SSRS

PL SQL

This role is heavy on learning the housing database which is rational and produce SQL to pull data for operations demands and use the SQL results to help design canned reports"

DUTIES WILL INCLUDE BUT NOT BE LIMITED TO:

• Responsible for project execution from start through completion
• Assist in project quality assurance tasks by developing quality assurance metrics to measure outputs, identify test data and conducting user acceptance testing
• Providing management reporting and information dissemination
• Responsible for the preparation and analysis of operational data; as well as the collection and analysis of data for special projects and validates data quality
• Understand complex business needs, data requirements and then translate requirements into effective reporting, visualization and actionable insights.
• Articulate and influence on requirements for future application enhancements and database development.
• Review business requirements with stakeholders and obtaining their sign-off.
• Prepare business requirements documentation, reviewing with business and technical teams to ensure design meets business and technical requirements.
• Coordinates assignments with project manager, development team and other consultant project staff to set timeline and meet project deadlines.
• Conduct UAT to sign off system enhancements.
• Work closely with project director and project manager to ensure timely deliverables.

Preferred Skills:

• 8 + years working experience as a business analyst or data analyst.
• 5 + years of technical expertise regarding database design and development.
• Strong knowledge of and experience with database and data analytic programs such as Microsoft SQL, Access, and Excel; Informix; knowledge in Attachmate Reflection is plus.
• Advanced SQL query skills and understanding of relational database principles.
• Hands-on knowledge on MAPPER database and Mainframe is a strong plus.
• Excellent written communication, including validating/verifying and technical writing skills.
• Experience working as a Business or System Analyst in redesigning Case Management and Case Tracking Systems.

Multi-tasking and ability to handle priorities as well as work against tight deadlines
