WiZiX Technology Group – Data Collection Specialist

We are seeking a Data Collection Specialist to lead the deployment, maintenance, and support of our data collection software across our client base. This role will play a crucial part in ensuring accurate and timely meter readings, device status updates, and supply level reporting. You will work closely with our Supplies and Contracts teams to optimize billing, proactive supply fulfillment, and fleet performance.

Job Responsibilities

• Deploy and configure our data collection software (e.g., EKM, KFS, At.Remote, ElevateSky) at client sites and remote environments.
• Collaborate with client IT departments to ensure proper network access and tool functionality.
• Monitor data accuracy and integrity across the copier/printer fleet.
• Troubleshoot data collection issues and provide ongoing support for clients and internal teams.
• Work closely with our supplies fulfillment team to enable just-in-time supply fulfillment based on automated reporting.
• Support the contracts billing team with accurate meter data for billing, usage tracking, and contract compliance.
• Maintain documentation and internal records of installations, updates, and issues.
• Identify and recommend process improvements based on data trends and system performance.

Requirements and Skills

• 2+ years of experience in IT, data collection, or copier/MFP industry preferred.
• Familiarity with MPS tools such as EKM, FMAudit, PrintFleet, PrintAudit, or equivalent preferred.
• Strong technical aptitude, particularly in networking and software deployment.
• Excellent communication skills and customer service mindset.
• Strong self-motivator, independent worker
• Strong stable work history
