Description: As a Data Entry Clerk at TMZ Events, you will play a vital role in maintaining accurate records and ensuring data integrity across our operations. You’ll be responsible for inputting, updating, and managing data to support our events and overall business functions. 

Responsibilities:

• Accurately input data into various systems and databases from source documents.
• Verify and review data for accuracy and completeness, making corrections as needed.
• Maintain up-to-date and organized records for easy access and reference.
• Generate reports based on entered data for management and team use.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure data consistency and resolve any discrepancies.
• Adhere to company policies regarding data confidentiality and security.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data entry or office management is a plus.
• Proven experience as a data entry clerk or in a similar role.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle large volumes of data accurately.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and other data management software.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with other departments.
