As a Data Entry Clerk at XTalk Prep, you will be responsible for accurately entering and managing data, ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of our information. This role requires attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. You will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate records and supporting the overall function of our company’s operations.

• Accurately input data into company databases and systems.
• Review and verify data for completeness and accuracy.
• Organize and maintain both electronic and paper filing systems.
• Update existing data and retrieve relevant information as needed.
• Assist in preparing reports and maintaining records.
• Handle confidential information with discretion.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth data processing and sharing.
• Meet daily and weekly deadlines for data entry tasks.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in data entry or related administrative roles.
• Strong typing skills with a high degree of accuracy.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and data entry software.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
