SalesBizLab is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Data Entry Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering data into our systems and providing excellent customer service support. The ideal candidate will have strong data entry skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to delivering a high level of customer satisfaction..

Pay Range:

$17.50 - $28.00 hourly

THIS WILL BE AN ON-SITE JOB

Location: Miami, FL

Responsibilities: 

• Accurately enter and update customer information, orders, and other data into the company’s database.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing timely and accurate information.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Verify and correct data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Assist customers with product or service-related questions, including troubleshooting and providing solutions.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve processes.
• Maintain and organize digital and physical records as required.
• Adhere to data privacy and confidentiality standards.
• Monitor and track customer interactions to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Participate in training sessions to stay updated on products, services, and customer service best practices.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; an associate’s degree or relevant certification is a plus.
• Previous experience in data entry and customer service is preferred.
• Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult customer situations with patience.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in data entry and customer service.
