Job Description
This position seeks an experienced educator to support two K-12 students who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing in a part-time, school year contract role. The role involves providing specialized instruction and services to meet the unique learning needs of these students in a supportive educational environment.

Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized educational support to two Deaf/Hard of Hearing students.
- Provide approximately 190 minutes of direct service per week (40 minutes Monday through Thursday, 30 minutes on Friday).
- Collaborate with classroom teachers and support staff to adapt curriculum and ensure student access to learning.
- Monitor student progress and adjust instructional strategies accordingly.
- Maintain clear documentation and communication regarding student development and service delivery.
Qualifications:
- Certification or licensure in Deaf and Hard of Hearing education or related field.
- Experience working with K-12 students who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing.
- Understanding of educational strategies and accommodations for Deaf/Hard of Hearing learners.
- Ability to work part-time with flexible scheduling aligned to student needs.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
