Detail Manager - Automotive

Position Overview
Our company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Detail Manager - Automotive to ensure the highest quality of vehicle preparations and detailing services are provided in a fast-paced work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the detailing shop
• Supervise and train detailing staff to ensure compliance with company standards
• Maintain and manage inventory levels of detailing supplies and equipment
• Coordinate with sales and service personnel to ensure timely delivery of vehicles for detailing
• Provide quality control and inspection of all vehicle detailing work
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and guidelines

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Automotive Detail Manager or Shop Manager (preferred)
• Extensive knowledge of automotive detailing techniques and practices
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced work environment
• Strong attention to detail and high standards for quality
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
