Requirements

  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, or related field.

  • Significant experience in rehabilitation services, including prior leadership or management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of therapeutic practices and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and lead in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in electronic medical records (EMR) and rehabilitation software.
