Job Description
Dog Handler/Enrichment Specialist
Central Bark is a dog daycare and boarding facility in Oakdale MN. Our services include enrichment day care, dog grooming, boarding, retail market, training, and one-on-one play/enrichment sessions for dogs. We are looking for employees who love dogs as much as we do. We call our daycare program enrichment daycare because our play groups are relatively small with 12 dogs to one handler. This increases safety for both the dogs and the dog handlers during play sessions. It also allows the dogs to get more one-on-one attention and to practice skills during playgroup, such as group sits, name recall, and calmly going in and out of gates and doors. Our play groups also rotate between play and rest sessions, providing a healthy balance of rest and activities for the dogs throughout the day.
