About the Firm:
A growing multidisciplinary MEP consulting firm is seeking an Electrical Engineer to join their Littleton office. The firm partners with architects, developers, and builders to deliver smart, sustainable, and efficient building systems across a diverse portfolio — including commercial developments, aviation facilities, and mixed-use projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop electrical systems for various MEP projects, including power distribution, lighting, and low-voltage systems.
  • Collaborate closely with mechanical, plumbing, and architectural teams to deliver coordinated, code-compliant designs.
  • Perform load calculations, short circuit analysis, voltage drop, and energy efficiency studies.
  • Prepare construction documents, specifications, and cost estimates.
  • Conduct site visits to ensure compliance and assist with project delivery.
  • Stay current with applicable codes, standards, and industry innovations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • PE license preferred (or actively pursuing licensure).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in MEP electrical design.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and relevant electrical design software (e.g., SKM, ETAP, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of NEC and local electrical codes.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
