Your role Scaling globally, we are seeking a talented Email Marketing Specialist to join our remote team of 270+ from around the world. Email Marketing Specialist will play a supporting role in email marketing operations for the Uploadcare brand. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end email campaign production, execution, list management, compliance, and deliverability. This is a part-time position (20 hours per week) with the potential for an increased scope or hours sometime in 2026. Key Responsibilities Design, build, and optimize email templates, sequences, programs, and cadences for the Uploadcare brand. Effectively manage email campaigns in Pardot and Gong Engage, and utilize tools like BeeFree to ensure formatting and content consistency. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to create and deliver highly targeted email marketing campaigns, retention/reactivation programs, and customer communications. Conduct experiments, tests, and refinements to enhance email marketing efforts. Ensure email templates and messaging adhere to industry best practices for deliverability, mobile rendering, and engagement optimization. Report on results and provide insights and recommendations to the marketing organization. Devise new email strategies, including creative optimization, A/B Split testing, and development of automated and triggered campaigns. Build and maintain email segmentation lists, ensuring data accuracy and cleanliness. Develop and implement scalable processes to optimize email request intake, evaluation, quality assurance, and pre-send testing. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably at a SaaS or technology company Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or equivalent experience in related field. Advanced English language. Experience with campaign setup, audience segmentation, personalization, email deployment, basic HTML editing, delivery monitoring, and reporting. Demonstrated proficiency with Pardot, Salesforce, and/or other CRM and marketing automation tools. BeeFree and other email design tools also preferred. Knowledge of email marketing best practices and industry standards. Proven project management and prioritization skills. Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
