WHAT YOU’LL DOAs Entrepreneur in Residence (EiR), New Ventures, you will identify, validate, build, and launch new business offerings that leverage our strong market position and trusted customer relationships.
This is not just a product development role—you will be responsible for commercialization, go-to-market strategy, and team building, ensuring that each new offering drives revenue, adoption, and customer impact. And for those who succeed, there’s an opportunity for a significant equity payout based on business success.
Identify, validate, and develop business cases for new ProService offerings.
Develop a build, buy, or partner strategy based on feasibility, speed to market, and scalability.
Lead go-to-market execution from initial concept validation to full launch.
Develop and execute high-performing sales, marketing, and customer success strategies.
Recruit and develop a high-caliber founding team and establish a scalable operational model for long-term growth.
Proven experience in building and scaling successful businesses or business units.
Ability to identify pain points, validate market opportunities, and develop solutions that customers value.
Strong strategic thinking and execution capabilities, from opportunity analysis to go-to-market strategy.
Expertise in sales, marketing, and customer success strategies to drive adoption and revenue growth.
Experience hiring and leading high-performing teams in fast-growing environments.
Within 3 Months:
Identify, validate, and present a business case for a new ProService offering.
Secure internal alignment and build the team & strategy for execution.
Within 9-12 Months:
Launch and scale a new revenue-generating business with alpha, beta, and GA rollout.
Develop and execute a high-performing go-to-market & sales strategy.
Generate strong early customer adoption, revenue growth, and operational success.
Long-Term Impact:
Build a high-value business inside ProService, securing an outcome-based equity payout that reflects the success and growth of your venture.

Competitive Pay & Benefits: We believe in recognizing and rewarding your hard work with competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, and a commitment to your well-being. The base pay range for this role is [$180,000 - $230,000] depending on experience and qualifications. Plus bonus, equity, with an additional outcome-based equity payout for high-impact success.
