Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders.
• Support data collection and basic data analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Help prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards for business insights.
• Work closely with senior analysts and team members to understand business processes.
• Participate in meetings to capture notes and follow up on action items.
• Conduct market and competitor research as needed.
• Assist in testing new systems or process changes and report findings.
• Maintain organized project documentation and support general administrative tasks.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree or Master's Degree in any field
• Strong working knowledge of relevant Microsoft applications, including Visio.
• Proven ability to manage projects and user testing.
• Extensive experience with data visualization
