We’re currently hiring an Entry-Level Marketing Manager to support our hands-on local marketing campaigns and community initiatives. This is a great opportunity for recent graduates or aspiring marketing professionals who are eager to build a rewarding career in marketing, public relations, or brand management .

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute local events, pop-ups, and community outreach programs that increase brand awareness
  • Act as a brand ambassador, engaging with attendees and delivering engaging, authentic brand messages
  • Manage event logistics including setup, teardown, and distribution of promotional materials
  • Assist with creative marketing projects such as flyers, signage, and giveaway coordination
  • Conduct market research to identify outreach opportunities and measure campaign success
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure consistent brand representation
  • Gather feedback, track participation data, and assist with post-event analysis and reporting
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred (not required)
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask and manage deadlines
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented
  • Team player who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Flexible availability — some evenings and weekends required for events
